Co Authored: Greenway Proximity Study: A Look at Four Neighbourhoods in Surrey, British Columbia: 1980-2001. This study determines if residential property that borders on a municipal greenway is influenced economically by proximity to the greenway. Supported by relevant data, and based upon the factors influencing value, the study clearly estimates the value of various types of greenways that border residential properties.
