In July 1992, The Vancouver International Airport Authority assumed responsibility for the Airport.

Breaking new ground, we were commissioned to produce the North American Ground Lease Report, an International study on the ground leasing practices of 61 North American airports.

Results of this study provided background and statistics on the most common ground rent valuation methodologies utilized by North American Airports.

The report reviewed the previous land valuation procedures and contributed to the establishment of the valuation methodology of new ground rents at the airport.
