| Mr. Laughton holds an AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada, an AAPI designation from the Australian Property Institute, an affiliate membership in the Appraisal Institute (USA) and is a Certified Practicing Urban Valuer in the State of Queensland, Australia.
He is a past member of the National Environmental Committee of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, a member of the British Columbia Expropriation Association and holds memberships in a number of real estate and computer organizations.
A senior real estate consultant and appraiser with 24 years of international valuation experience with firms including Colliers International, Royal Lepage Commercial and Herron Todd White Valuers. Creative research, strong computer skills and communication abilities produce comprehensive, in depth valuation and consulting reporting. Since 1993, Gary has been actively involved in the Belize real estate market and has been instrumental in providing valuation education material and advice to Belizean Valuers with North American and Australian valuation methodology.
