However, the lack of infrastructure can be a double-edged sword. Anyone can sell or appraise real estate; no license or accreditation is required. No Multiple Listing Services, often no real comparables are provided. Plan on flying your attorney down from Portland? No mortgage lending for foreign buyers, etc… We can find confirmatory evidence of information provided by the seller and/or provide an Independent, objective valuation without any other business interests or influences. |
