Local Knowledge: Belize is different!
The good part is obvious: the climate, the people, the ocean, the rainforest, less red tape, very modest property taxes, and zoning is not really a big issue. However, the lack of infrastructure can be a double-edged sword. Anyone can sell or appraise real estate; no license or accreditation is required. No Multiple Listing Services, often no real comparables are provided. Plan on flying your attorney down from Portland? No mortgage lending for foreign buyers, etc… We can find confirmatory evidence of information provided by the seller and/or provide an Independent, objective valuation without any other business interests or influences.
International Experience:
23 years of international valuation experience with firms including Colliers International, Royal Lepage Commercial and Herron Todd White Valuers. Solid professional valuation experience and commitment with ongoing professional development. Institute designations are earned, not awarded, after a rigorous program of education course, many of which are university level.

Together with our Belizean associates, we provide valuable local knowledge and information. Since 1993 we have been actively involved in the Belize real estate market and instrumental in providing valuation educational material and advice to Belizean Valuers with North American and Australian valuation methodology.
Research:
Well documented research with clear concise analysis of relevant market data provided in depth appraisal reporting. Our reports are computer generated, incorporating high-resolution photo imaging and are Internet deliverable.
On Time and Budget:
We honor our commitments to budgets and timing to the very best of our ability. If unavoidable circumstances arise, we call and let you know before proceeding further.
Discretion:
We complete our work discreetly and never reveal the identity of our clients, without their permission. Appraisals are conducted for all purposes, market value appraisals for buying or selling property, divorce, partnership or estate settlement, mortgage lending, highest and best use analysis, fair market rental value for landlords or tenants.
